iNQubator

Youth Open Programme

Throughout 2023, we will be hosting our brand new Programme - iNQubator

The aim of iNQubator is to create a space for like-minded young artists, to explore their creativity
and expand their skills together.
This programme is a new workshop series for young people ages 18 - 28, looking to improve their acting techniques in a supportive and challenging environment. Participants are encouraged to step outside their comfort zone and take creative risks.  Led by Arminelle Fleming alongside other members of the TheatreiNQ Ensemble, iNQubator classes will take place on Tuesday nights for a block of 5 weeks.

Each workshop series consists of five weekly workshop sessions.

Each session includes voice and movement work, as well as performance work focusing on the series’ specialty skill.

Summer Series: Ensemble Building

Considered one of the essential skills for any actor is the ability to work effectively as part of an ensemble.
From the ancient greeks to contemporary musical theatre, the ensemble is the core of most productions. In this series we will explore ensemble movement, voice and improvisation to develop group cohesion and an understanding of dramatic focus.
